Ingredients: rice flakes, flour walnut cedar, cedar oil cold-pressed flax seed flour, dried apple, fructose.
Dosing: 4-5 tablespoons of oatmeal pour 150ml of hot water or milk, mix well and close the lid, let porridge infusions for 5-7 minutes and pripravte cedar oil. Optionally, add honey or sugar.
